The nice thing about being snowed in these days, is technology still enables us to get so much done from home.
And today, most of the Seattle area is snowed in due to our first Winter Snow Storm.
I'll be sending off two market analysis reports to owners looking for current values on their property, reducing the price of a local short sale (and altering onling marketing accordingly), following up on two closings scheduled for the end of the month and have a 1:00 call with tech support for some software issues we're trying to resolve.
And when everything's buttoned up and worked out I plan to relax, grab a cup of coffee and watch the snow come down.
Enjoy!

I lived in Seattle for 30 years and I'm loving all the messages I'm getting from my friends about Snowpocalypse 2012.
It's great to be able to stay busy even though you can't necesarrily get to the office.
Enjoy the snow!!
Be safe!! It sounds as if you are in for an epic storm.
Colleen, isn't technology great? Enjoy your snow day ;)
It's great. We get just enough snow around here that everyone except the cabbies (all from parts of the world where snow is scarce) know how to drive in the stuff. Enjoy it, and stay warm!
Colleen can you send some of that storm down our way? Central Ca is really needing some moisture. Stay warm and dry and get that work done.
Ha! Jim, my folks live in Palm Desert and when I'm whining about the rain, they are telling me how sunny and warm it is. Maybe we need to have a happy medium somewhere?
Hasn't it just been the most relaxing day? I've loved the snow -- walking up to the mailbox in it, watching the dogs bounce around like pups, and the chickens doing the chicken dance trying to make it from their coop to the other side of their pen where there's a covered area and treats! Lots of laughs today!
I had no idea it snows in Seattle, LOL. I'm having a snow day in Sacramento -- it's overcast, about to rain, gloomy. No real snow, though.
Colleen - I enjoyed watching the kids sledding on the streets of Seattle--working from home does have its advantages...
